Vegan Thai Peanut Pizza

Ingredients
  • Pizza dough
  • 1 cup vegan thai peanut sauce
  • vegan cheese (optional)
  • your choice of toppings
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Start by taking your pizza dough ball and rolling it out to your desired size. If cooking on a pizza pan, lay out your dough on it.
  3. Add your sauce to the pizza.
  4. Add desired toppings. I like broccoli, red bell pepper, carrots, tofu, and a tiny bit of Daiya Vegan Mozzarella Cheese.
  5. Bake on a pizza pan or stone for 12 to 18 minutes or until pizza looks cooked to your liking. Enjoy!
