Vegan Thai Peanut Pizza

- Pizza dough
- 1 cup vegan thai peanut sauce
- vegan cheese (optional)
- your choice of toppings
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Start by taking your pizza dough ball and rolling it out to your desired size. If cooking on a pizza pan, lay out your dough on it.
- Add your sauce to the pizza.
- Add desired toppings. I like broccoli, red bell pepper, carrots, tofu, and a tiny bit of Daiya Vegan Mozzarella Cheese.
- Bake on a pizza pan or stone for 12 to 18 minutes or until pizza looks cooked to your liking. Enjoy!
